Live online cyber crime training for law enforcement. Learn to identify exigent threats, trace IPs, submit EDRs, and identify suspects.

About This Event

Cyber threats originating from social media, online platforms, and digital communications continue to increase in both volume and complexity. This 4-hour online training is designed specifically for law enforcement officers tasked with responding to cyber threats, exigent circumstances, and online investigations.

This course provides practical, investigative guidance on how to identify, process, and lawfully trace cyber threats back to the individual behind the IP address—quickly and defensibly.

Students will gain a clear, step-by-step understanding of the investigative process, from identifying exigent threats to preparing emergency disclosure requests and obtaining subscriber information.
