Effectively Managing Problem Employees

Today law enforcement agencies are facing greater challenges and scrutiny than ever before. There can be no tolerance of low and poor performing staff. Problem employees steal energy, time and focus from you, your team and the people you serve! If you are spending a great amount of your time, energy and frustration on your least productive and most trouble causing employees, then you don’t want to miss this workshop.

Please note: This is a live, two-session online Zoom program with interactive workshops that will require participants to turn on their camera for the duration of the course. Between the two sessions, which are two hours each, participants will be asked to do "homework" designed to increase your effectiveness in dealing with problem employees. The homework completed will be discussed in the second session. 

Registration for this course is limited to 50 participants and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
